Why do women wear revealing clothes and then get mad at men who look?

A lot of girls will wear low cut shirts that show cleavage or low cut booty hugging jeans or short skirts and get mad if guys look at them. Unless of course its a guy she likes then girls that dress like that will stick their chest out. 


Its not that its impossible not to look its just very hard. And just because we look doesn't mean we enjoy looking. It can be irritating if I am trying to do something serious and some girl in those kind of clothes is tempting me to look. 

Its women logic no one can understand them at all..
